Winning by sharing

I'm always wary to use the word 'guru' - and editorial policy damn near outlaws it. But in the case of Leon Benjamin I'm willing to tear up the rule book.

I raise this point now as he's just posted an online copy of his excellent 'Winning by Sharing' online. The implications and potential of social software and online communities has never been so clear - so I strongly recommend a read.
