Hey Everyone!

I'm looking for a contact database programme and was wondering if you could offer some suggestions...

The company consists of four - six people and basically I need to manage a contact database in order to group-send one massive e-newsletter and then create further lists for difference categories like media, past delegates etc which could then interlink with each other and the newsletter.

Any Idea...?!

Thanks Everyone!

Hi Amy and Beckie.

After reading your posts I would just like to say that PPD Computing could provide you with tailored CRM solutions based around a system called CLIM8, to meet all your requirements.

Solutions such as the CLIM8 Personal Email Server that would be ideal for your e-newsletter Beckie, and the CLIM8 Marketing Campaign Manager could make it easy for your team to organise and manage your marketing activities Amy.

Find more info at www.clim8.com,

Regards

Stuart

Our sales/new business team has recently grown from 2 to 6 and our slightly rubbish Outlook Business Contact Manager database is no longer doing what we need it to, not least because haldf the team is not on site. We will probably have about 5,000 contacts (not companies- much less of those) and need to track sales actions as well as marketing activities.

Any ideas. I know about ACT- is that the best?

Any help would be v. much appreciated!

Amy
